What picture comes to your mind when you hear the word success? Do you imagine that this is for others and not you? What if I told you that your success is at your fingertips, would you believe me?
Maybe you would or maybe you wouldn’t. However, there is at least one person who believes your success is at your fingertips and will tell you what it will take to discover it.
That person is the guest on today’s episode. His name is Stephen A. Hart.

Why podcasting?
- Podcasting is where the puck is moving; it is where the eyes are moving. You need to be where the eyes are moving.
- Podcasting is a marketing tool / method. A channel to bring traffic to your platform. You can offer your goods and services through this channel.
Lessons learned:
- Stay away from negative people.. they have a problem for every solution
- Remember that success is a sum of your small efforts repeated daily
- We will all die. This is one thing we all have in common.

Stephen’s Bio:
Stephen A. Hart is a Maryland-based business man, best known for being the founder and host of Trailblazers.FM, a business podcast that explores and highlights the stories of successful black professionals, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. He is a highly sought after marketing professional with extensive experience in executing digital media, social media, event planning and print-based marketing strategies.
During his early years in the mortgage industry, Stephen originated tens of million in residential home loans. Stephen co-founded a foreign exchange business, Valhalla Capital Group, LLC and built it into a recognized and award winning brand, with a collection of forex investment products, trading +$3BN in monthly transactional volume.
In 2011, he sold his equity stake in that business. Having identified a passion for marketing, Hart began consulting as a marketer, for brands nationally and internationally.
Today, he serves as the Marketing & Communications Manager for a global imaging software firm. In 2016, Stephen launched the Trailblazers.FM podcast, a new business podcast that explores and highlights the stories of successful black professionals, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.
He believes that his purpose through this platform is to impart the knowledge, wisdom and confidence of these accomplished guests into the global community of listeners and help them to take action toward better life and business decisions. In the first 6 months after launch, Hart has reached audiences in over 55 countries globally and has more than 10,000 downloads.
Stephen was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He moved to the United States from Jamaica at age 16. Stephen attended the University of South Florida, Tampa. He’s married to his wife Kristin of 8 years, and together they have two amazing children, a 6 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. He is devout Christian and family man, who enjoys traveling with his wife and kids.
Stephen was selected to the 2016 class of the Black Enterprise 100 Modern Men of Distinction and had the Trailblazers.FM podcast featured on the home page of iTunes Podcasts for Black Voices in Business.
His passion is to teach other aspiring entrepreneurs how to build, market and grow their own highly sought after business.
